“My experience me and my friend at this restaurant was completely unacceptable from start to finish. The food was extremely disappointing — poorly prepared, lacking flavor, and far below any reasonable standard. It genuinely felt like no care or effort was put into the quality. What made the situation even worse was the service. The staff were not just inattentive, but openly disrespectful. There was a complete lack of professionalism in the way we were treated. Instead of feeling welcomed, we felt dismissed and disrespected. Basic courtesy was simply nonexistent. To make matters even more frustrating, this was not our first visit. This was actually our third time as clients. We gave this place multiple chances, hoping things would improve, but unfortunately, each experience was worse than the one before. There was absolutely no improvement — only a decline in both service and overall quality. Additionally, after dining inside Sofia Palace, we were supposed to access the club, where entry for girls is normally free and does not require a reservation. Despite this, we were denied entry without any valid explanation. The behavior of the security staff was shocking — rude, aggressive in tone, and completely inappropriate. The way they spoke to us was disrespectful and unacceptable. Overall, this was not just a bad experience — it was deeply frustrating and disrespectful. From the food to the service to the way customers are treated, everything fell far below expectations. I strongly advise others to avoid this place unless they are prepared for poor quality and unacceptable behavior. Rating: 0/10”

“Had a really great experience at Lime Tree. The hospitality was excellent, especially from Narjis who was very welcoming, attentive, and made us feel comfortable throughout. The music was really good and created such a nice vibe, and the show was enjoyable as well. Overall, a lovely atmosphere with great service. Definitely recommend!”
