“Tafsut in the Dadès Valley was without a doubt the most charming and beautiful accommodation we stayed at during our time in Morocco! Truly authentic, clearly run with great care and passion, and the rooms are very spacious. As we were the only guests, we were kindly offered a complimentary room upgrade. 🥰 The host is genuinely outstanding: incredibly attentive, exceptionally kind, and truly welcoming. He prepared both dinner and breakfast fresh for us—portions were generous and the food was absolutely excellent. We were greeted with traditional welcome tea and biscuits. We visited in January, and he made sure our room was warm and ready when we arrived, even offering extra heaters to ensure our comfort. What stood out to me most was his thoughtfulness: I had been dealing with stomach problems for a few days, and he immediately stepped in to help, providing medication that worked very well and brought quick relief. 🥹 Overall, it was an outstanding, very personal, and heartfelt stay. We felt extremely comfortable and genuinely cared for, and we would happily return anytime. A clear and wholehearted recommendation! 🧡”

“We have stayed 2 nights here, and this is what i truly recommend. Not only because it allows you to have a longer hike around the Monkey Fingers (a hike you can easily find on Komoot starts actually in this part of the village) and you don't have to rush to a next stop, but also because the guesthouse is a great place to stay. Breakfast and dinners are wonderful, the host Ilias is very helpful, will do everything to make your stay comfortable. My son and i had a room on the rooftop, which has an excellent view on the mountains (both sunrise and sunset) and is a good place to rest after either a longer ride or a longer hike.”

“Very uncomfortable experience with Ilias (the owner), as he did not seem to understand that he was being pushy in his communicating with us. He also mentioned inapproriate subjects during his conversations with us. My feelings told me to go away, therefore we left prematurely. Never felt this way while staying at any other accomodation before. The food, which is described by other as fantastic, was not up to par as it was bland. Not bad but definitely the worst Moroccan food we had during our holiday. Really a shame, because the accomodation itself was quite nice. Would not recommend this, especially for women traveling alone.”

“Well the best thing about this place is the view and how close it is to the monkey fingers canyon. Beautiful terrace with a nice view. Room was okay but the bed was literally killing me. It felt like I was sleeping on a wooden table… so if you are tired you will be tired even more after the “good night sleep””
