“Our stay at this guesthouse was amazing.We felt so comfortable from the moment we arrived. Hamou is a wonderful host very kind, helpful, and sincere,with his family he welcomed us with open arms and made us feel at home. The location is perfect, with a stunning view of the Monkey Fingers.It’s also an ideal place to start the beautiful hike to the Dades Gorge. The meals were absolutely delicious. Everything was perfect, and I highly recommend this place.”

“We had a really nice stay at Maison d’hôte Amazir! The host is an older gentleman who doesn’t speak much English, but we were still able to communicate without any problems. He’s very kind and welcoming — he even drove us to the Grand Taxi station when we had to leave, which we really appreciated. The place itself is simple and rustic, but perfect for budget travelers. It has everything you need for a short stay: hot water, a comfortable place to sleep, and breakfast included in the morning. The location is also great if you’re planning to do the nearby hike. Overall, it’s a great option if you’re traveling on a budget and looking for a friendly host and a good base for exploring. I’d definitely recommend staying here!”

“I didn’t have a good experience at this guest house. The room was not properly cleaned and it didn’t feel comfortable. The toilet door could not close The guest house is very close to the road, and there was a lot of noise at night. Because of that, I couldn’t sleep well. The food was also very expensive, and I ended up eating outside for half the price.”

“After 3 weeks in Morocco, it is safe to say that our stay at Monsieur Hamou was the absolute best! He made sure we felt at home from the very beginning. The place has so much to offer and even though we had 3 nights here, we could easily spend a week more! We had the absolute best breakfast and dinner here with the most scenic view of the monkey fingers right from the terrace. Hamou took us through a spectacular hike through the canyon and showed us places we would not have been able to go by ourself. We can only recommend it to anyone!”
