“The place is beautiful, the staff is very friendly, elham does a wonderful job at alhammam, i think they could give one linger time to stay at alhammam part, but the space us unfortunately small, the pedicure is actually over priced, the massage is just okay”

“If I could give 0 stars I would. Firs of all they burnt off the front of my mother's hair while blow drying. Secondly I purchased a gift card for the hammam and they did not inform me that it's only valid for 4 weeks. My friend tried to redeem her hammam certificate and they told her it's not possible due to being late just a few weeks after. They are unprofessional and have 0 customer service skills. Do yourself a favor and go to All ladies spa they are much nicer and professional there and their hammam is sooooooo much better. Thank me later!”

“This place is completely unprofessional. I went in for a pedicure and this is how they tried to send me off (photos attached). It was absolutely unacceptable. I would’ve done a better job myself. My nails weren’t shaped, nor cut, and I had to remind the lady to even paint my nails. I noticed that she did not know what she was doing throughout the pedicure. And when we talked to the managers, they brushed it off, saying the person was rushed. I will never return to this salon, and I recommend you do not visit it. They do not care about delivering a good service, only about grabbing your money.”

“Great experience overall. The hamman was excellent, the package I took included hair brushing and that service was also very good. The staff was very friendly.The price is very affordable. The facility needs a maintenance refresh, which it makes the place look like is needing a better cleaning, other than this I will totally recommend this place.”

“First of all once you get it you get asphyxiated with the smell of 100 perfume diffusers, extremely strong I got dizzy. The receptionists were pretty cold. The hammam was HORRIBLE. If I had to go to a public hammam I think it would have been a more pleasant experience.. This spa is way overrated, and does not deserve the attention. Prices are excessive, the staff (majority) not professional. The hammam is always CROWDED and LOUD. The resting area is crowded.. It really is not a place to chill and relax. Unfortunately, people are treated like pigeons in Tangier, as there are no real Spa in the city that offers impeccable service. I do not recommend their Hammam, hair salon and nail bar. 👎🏻”

“Honestly, I was very disappointed with this salon. The prices are way too high for the quality of service provided. I expected much better results, but it definitely wasn’t worth the money. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for good value.””
