“This is a gem of a place! Cute bungalows of different sizes with traditional decor, and your private bathrooms. All with terrace area to sit and gaze at the stunning views! Night sky's are amazing. Perfect location for visiting the area and getting an early start on the Akchour walks! Daniel the host is really friendly and his helpful team staff can arrange hikes and guides if needed. Breakfast and dinners are really good and varied. They are willing to adapt if needed. We had 2 vegetarians in our group and we were well cateret for!”

“Although thus accommodation is not walking distance from the falls, it was ideal for us. There is a short hike 2 minutes away. What a variety of plants, flowers, etc! It was a delight to experience the solitude surrounded by beauty. A wonderful sunset over the mountain welcomed us at dinner.||The staff were very attentive and accommodating. Because of a booking error on our part, the manager made adjustments which thrilled us. During one of the meals, the young server noticed that I was removing the hot sauce and adding it to my meal. He brought my own little bottle! Food was plentiful and delicious. Such a treat to have eggs, not just carbohydrates, at breakfast.”

“A fairly remote location but sadly near a road used by heavy vehicles. The bungalows and facilities are basic and quirky with an Indian feel. Each bungalow has a sitting room, bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom continues the quirky feel, one has to wonder why the shower head is not actually over the shower tray plus there is no hot water at the sink.The views are not as inspiring as expected. Catering is excellent”

“I had tried to book direct, and told that they had no rooms. I found a room on Booking.com I booked it and got confirmation that my booking was confirmed. Please note Le Caiat is 6-7km from the start of the walk for waterfalls. I didn't think they made that clear and I had to get a taxi instead of being able to walk from Le Caiat. When I arrived, I was struggling with my case up the stairs to it, when a member of staff just walked right by me. I was ignored at reception (it's in the middle of nowhere and it was clear I was arriving to stay) and as I'd arrived 30 mins before check in, I took a seat but no-one approached me. Eventually I went to them and they indicated that they didn't have my booking, with no sense of apology or reassurance. I just waited and after a while I was beckoned and they'd found a room. There was no information in the room about the restaurant for dinner (again it's the middle of nowhere) or breakfast (which was included) or any helpful information written or spoken. I speak English, French and Spanish and I just had to keep asking questions non-stop, it was hard work! ||There isn't meaningful wifi in the rooms (and some have none at all), all the facilities advertised next to the rooms, where not necessarily the room, but the property (views etc..). There's mention of a rooftop pool???? I had a good nose and couldn't find a rooftop nevermind a pool I had a bath in my room but no plug and when I finally managed to get one from reception is was pointless, the shower feeds the bath and the bath is huge so it would be impossible to fill whilst still being hot.|I was on my own, and I just felt zero care and hospitality from the staff. It's a shame because it's a beautiful place, the stunning view, the room, the mountain breeze and decor were great. The breakfast was good and the outdoor terrace to the restaurant lovely. The organisation, communication, lack of any kind of apology and staff really let it down.”

“Breakfast was very good even the hot and cold drinks and cheap prices but the waiter is very rude and moody made us wait before sitting us down and when we tried to sit ourselves down he said let me finish with this order just a fix of attitude can be better overall the place is very for food and a quick stop also beautiful.”

“Marvelous. A quiet place to practise yoga, nice food and a very pleasant and very friendly personal. And the sourrondings are spectacular. I truly recomend to go there. And also the trekking that you can practise there is so nice. A diferent way of life.”
