“We arrived there without a reservation and in the evening but were kindly welcomed by the staff. Nice room with large and comfy beds, huge breakfast and the best tajine in the holiday. The staff was super nice with us and our child, even though he didn't speak french. We need to come back to enjoy the swimming pool!”

“Although the room itself was roomy, very welcoming and impressive, it was the bathroom which was a pleasant surprise: it had a bathtub/jacuzzi which I was looking forward to using. After a very disappointing meal in the restaurant (including flavourless soup, small portion of sausage tajine and all overpriced), I went to turn on the water in the tub. Unfortunately, both the tub and wash basin had not been cleaned properly or at all from the previous guests. There were hairs in the tub area, on the taps and the wash basin was not cleaned either. Since it was late by then and we had had a long tiring day with our tour group, we only mentioned this situation the next morning to the manager. He apologized profusely but it left a sour taste for us.”
