“Lovely hotel in the heart of the Erg Chebbi Desert . Very Moroccan in decor. Lovely room and walk in shower. Went to the desert in 4x4’s to watch the sun set before returning to the hotel for dinner which was buffet style and very busy”

“Very warm welcome, comfortable and well equipped rooms, super delicious food particularly the desert ! A well designed hotel. And most of all: amazingly welcoming staff! I loved the spa hammam and massage experience. We also celebrated a friend’s birthday and the hotel did everything to organise well the event. A special thank you to Khadija, she makes the experience even better with her warm welcoming, sense of detail and reactiveness to requests. I will come back with my kids for sure.”

“While driving to Merzouga, we saw this hotel and decided to check it out. The property looks impressive. We opted for a junior suite and the problem started right after we checked in to our room. It was a pretty spacious suite. There was no water supply. They said they will send someone but none came for hours. Then suddenly water supply worked. Then we noticed the flush button was not working properly. We called again but no one came! It gets very crowded in the evening when the tour groups start coming. The food was average. The wifi never worked in our room. The fitness center was in shambles, a lot of old and broken equipment.”

“We were welcomed to this huge resort area in the gateway to the desert with live music and dance. There was another large group who had just arrived before us but we were given our room keys very quickly and were ushered to our rooms from after. The rooms seem well appointed and a large bed and sitting area. The room is a bit dark but once we opened the window, some light is able to come in. There seems to be enough storage space and I would say it looks like a decent place”
