“I stayed here during the winter season in December, and the thick bedding was incredibly comforting, especially in the cold weather. It truly felt like home. I would definitely choose this place again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Fes. The manager, Mr Said was exceptionally helpful and kind. My train from Casablanca arrived very late at night due to ticket availability, but he patiently waited, guided me carefully, and made sure I arrived safely at the hostel. That level of care made a big difference and made my stay even more memorable.”

“This is by far the worst hostel I’ve ever stayed in. The bathroom door doesn’t even close. The entire hostel has NO windows and no terrace, making it feel like a prison. Rooms are extremely small and uncomfortable. A 4-bed dorm has only ONE power socket, located far away near the door. No towels provided in the bathrooms. They don’t give you keys to the main entrance door, which feels unsafe. Breakfast is only served after 9:10 a.m., which is totally inconvenient. The only positive point: Said, the staff member, is polite and helpful. Other than that, this hostel is a complete disaster. I would never stay here again and I strongly recommend you avoid it at all costs.”
