“Great location. Atm, laundry and currency exchange (with the best rates) right outside the hotel. Hotel room was clean and comfortable. Hair dryer, toiletries provided. Breakfast was just okay. Croissants and yogurt. Coffee machine in the breakfast restaurant.”

“Rooftop pool and view are great, but usually crowded. The hotel is popular with big tour groups, and overall service and room quality were just okay. My mattress wasn’t comfortable and the bathroom needs updating. The tub didn’t drain well. It’s fine if you just need a place to sleep after exploring the souks, but the amenities, water pressure, and temperature were disappointing. I rarely saw staff around. As an African American traveler, I also felt watched in common areas, unlike others in my (mostly white) tour group. Once, I went to the terrace for a photo and was immediately questioned by staff — strange vibe. The pool bar was closed for renovations and the area was packed with people soaking their feet. Good for: tour groups, large families Not ideal for: solo travelers, couples, or small groups”

“Be careful — this hotel is managed by people with no sense of service or guest loyalty. They quote you one rate over the phone, but when you arrive at the reception, the price suddenly increases by 40%, with no upgrade, no added value, nothing in return. Very disappointing experience.”

I’d like to compliment Mr Sayid, the gentleman who works at the restaurant.he showed us great hospitality, going above and beyond to provide a wonderful eating experience,prepared us special drinks to complement our dishes for dinner.
