“Excellent staff! The best view combining with the perfect service their staff provide. We chose the tasting menu, which included a dessert. Unfortunately, the original dessert contained ingredients that I had mentioned in advance, when making the reservation, that I could not eat due to dietary restrictions. However, the receptionist immediately came to our table, sincerely apologized for the misunderstanding during the booking process, and worked together with the kitchen to prepare a new dessert option for me. Everything was handled with genuine kindness, professionalism, and great attention to detail, which made the overall experience truly enjoyable. Mistakes can happen, but what really matters is how they are handled. The way the team turned the situation around with such professionalism and care was greatly appreciated and made us feel genuinely valued as guests.”
