“During my three-day stay in Fez, I felt incredibly welcomed from the very beginning. The rooms are spotless, and I have to say, the mattress was amazingly comfortable, which made a real difference. I’d happily come back, especially thanks to the team who were absolutely wonderful and made my stay even more enjoyable. The value for money is very good, and the location is just perfect, super convenient for exploring the city.”

The staff and management were rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful, while the hotel itself lacked cleanliness, organization, and even basic security standards. The rooms were poorly maintained and nothing like the misleading photos posted online I strongly do not recommend this place.”

“It's a nice Riad with a beautiful rooftop terrace. The breakfast was good, it was really quiet at night and the service was great. A helpful guy at the reception was always there if you needed something. Thanks to you my brother :) I would book it again for staying directly in the heart of Fès (Medina).”

“Avoid this place. Manager is openly smoking cannabis on terrace , which is illegal and puts guests in danger. I saw them pick up sugar cubes from the floor and put them back into the jar, which is disgusting and unhygienic. Manager is also extremely rude and unprofessional towards guests.”

“The riad is beautiful — clean rooms and great value for money. The highlight of my stay was Amin, who was incredibly helpful and offered genuine tips to explore the city. Unfortunately, the breakfast was disappointing. On the first day, I got one egg with plenty of bread, butter, and honey. The next day, after politely asking for two eggs, the lady seemed annoyed and brought them — but with no bread. When I asked, she said she didn’t have any. On the third day, she refused when I asked again for two eggs, so I decided to skip breakfast. Her attitude really left a bad impression, which is a shame because Amin was excellent. So, Don’t let the breakfast influence your decision.”
