“We had a wonderful stay at Riad Dar Timrad in Fes. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The atmosphere is very cosy and comfortable, with beautiful Moroccan details that make the riad truly special. The location is perfect (right in the Medina). Everything was spotless and thoughtfully prepared. A special thank you to Ali for his kindness and warm hospitality. The breakfast was excellent, generous, and delicious. If you’re visiting Fes, this is definitely the place to book. We would happily come back.”

“Beautifully restored and decorated Riad on the edge of the Fes Medina. We felt at home from the moment we walked in and were served tea and baked goods which were greatly appreciated after a long drive from the desert. The staff were exceptional and really elevated our experience with their kindness and guidance, especially Houssam and Ali. The breakfast was delicious with nice variety. A highlight of this Riad is definitely the rooftop which boasts a small pool and seating areas that overlook the Medina. I also tried the hammam which I strongly recommend.”

“Beautiful riad with an authentic Moroccan atmosphere. The riad is very well maintained, and the rooms are extremely clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive- ask them for any local tips on where to eat or visit (thank you, Ali!). The private hammam experience is a must (ideal for a couple). Delicious breakfast, a great location (quiet yet close to the main attractions), and a rooftop perfect for relaxing after a full day exploring the medina. 10/10 experience ⭐️”

The staff went above and beyond every single day—organizing transfers, offering local recommendations, and always greeting us with a smile. Breakfast on the rooftop and on the main area of the Riad was a highlight: fresh fruit, warm local breads and panoramic views of the Medina waking up below! We couldn’t recommend this place more. If you’re visiting Fez and want an authentic, intimate, and beautifully memorable stay, this Riad is the perfect choice. We will absolutely be back!!!”

“Riad Dar Timrad is a charming accommodation, ideally located in the Medina, just about a 7-minute walk from the main attractions. While the riad is situated in a quieter street, it offers beautiful and well-maintained rooms with excellent sanitary facilities. We stayed in the top room, which can accommodate up to four people. With three adults, it was perfect—especially because the room provides direct access to the rooftop terrace with a jacuzzi, a wonderful place to relax. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is well prepared and enjoyable. Do keep in mind that the floors and rooftop terrace are accessed via a narrow stone staircase, which gives you a little workout. Parking is available about a 10-minute walk away and is manageable. Overall, we had a fantastic experience at Riad Dar Timrad—definitely recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great hospitality, and an authentic location in Fes (Fez)!”

“Words and photos cannot accurately convey how beautiful every detail of the hotel is. I have stayed at many luxury hotels, and the riad is a truly special home away from home—the gem of all of Fés. The food, service and amenities were excellent and the staff were the best of the best. The hammam was luxurious and Dournea was an incredible masseuse….better than what I have experienced in the States and in Europe. If she is available, try to request her. Our cooking class experience was intimate, authentic and excellent. In short, the only negative about the Riad Dar Timrad is that it will ruin all of your future hotel stays!!!”
