“In my opinion one of the best places to eat fusion food. Fresh buratta. Pizza like in Italy. Nice atmosphere and friendly personnel. They have free transfer too, so you can ask it and they will take you to the restaurant and bring you back absolutely at no cost. Definitely Recommend!”

“A very pleasant place, with Mediterranean and Asian cuisine that is very well prepared. It is a great option if you are in Fez and want a change from tagines and traditional Moroccan food. We had the prawn risotto and the swordfish caponata, and both were beyond our expectations — absolutely delicious. We also ordered three salmon nigiris each. They were excellent, although a little large in size — the portions were very generous. For dessert, we shared a profiterole between the two of us, and it was one of the most delicious desserts we have ever tried. The staff were extremely attentive and took great care of us. They regularly checked that everything was fine and that we were enjoying the food. They even helped us arrange a petit taxi back to the Medina afterwards. Definitely a highly recommended place, with excellent food quality and outstanding service. A great choice for anyone looking for a different culinary experience in Fez.”

“Amazing experience at Nomai. We dined here yesterday evening and had delicious pizza and pasta. We started with the chicken gyoza and it was phenomenal. Issam was our server and he took such great care of us. Nomai’s options are the perfect break from when you’ve been eating traditional Moroccan cuisine and need a bit of Western back in your life.
