“Got taken to this restaurant as a surprise for my birthday and was not disappointed at all. The restaurant is really nicely decorated and comfortable and the staff are really attentive. The food itself is completely delicious. To start I had the chopped liver with matzos, which tasted really authentic followed by the most stunning chicken schnitzel I’ve ever had.. it was so tasty and moist! On the side we had some really great dishes… my personal fave was the spätzle. Finally I had cheese cake for dessert… again delicious. I will definitely be returning!”

A major downside is the acoustics—the sound echoes so much that you can clearly hear conversations from across the room. Definitely not the place for a private or confidential chat! Also, a bit disappointing that none of the staff acknowledged us or even said goodbye when we left. Everything else was just okay.”

“Fantastic Wiener Schnitzel with Kartoffelsalat and a rich wild mushroom stroganoff. Great atmosphere—lively without being too loud—and very reasonably priced. Finished with an Apfelstrudel that was genuinely excellent. Highly recommend 👍”

“Spontaneous dinner with the family and our first time at the restaurant. Everything was perfect, including the really fantastic service. Our daughter fell in love with the Lamb and the Schwarzwaelder Kirsch Torte. We will be back (saying with a Schwarzenegger accent :) !!”
