“I had a wonderful short stay at Chambres Maya, the hosts were friendly and helpful and the room was so comfortable, very clean and in good condition. The views from the terrace were beautiful. I saw reviews about the noise but I didn't find it too bad, I always carry earplugs too. The location is perfect for it's proximity to Tanger Med Port, just a short 5dh grand taxi journey away, they can be flagged down on the main road. It's also in walking distance to some restaurants.”

“I was there but they didn’t met me in. Had to tale another hotel because they just wouldn‘t open the door. Booked on booking.com and it said check in was still possible.They haven’t answered me yet and accepted the payment a few days later. I can’t believe it.”

“Attention scam! We wanted to spend a quiet night there after our long bike trip in winter before the ferry and we booked on site including breakfast in cash. Unfortunately, we will never do that again after this experience. There was a puddle in the room because the cute dog had peed in it. The lady who welcomed us quickly cleaned it up with a cloth. The night was OK. However, we were surprised in the morning that nobody was in the house at breakfast time. We waited and tried to reach the owner by phone, but no one answered. We saw the lady after a while and asked for breakfast. She made hand signals that she wasn't feeling well and needed to lie down. She couldn't reach her boss either. She also claimed that she couldn't give us any money back as she didn't have any. We tried until midday and were unfortunately unsuccessful. No one ever got back tu us.”
