“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience at Ashisha Lounge and would highly recommend it. The atmosphere is exceptional—relaxed, stylish, and welcoming—making it an ideal place to unwind and spend time with friends. The shisha was of outstanding quality, with excellent flavour, and the food and drinks were equally enjoyable. Everything was well presented and tasted great. The staff were friendly, polite, and attentive, delivering excellent customer service throughout the visit. Overall, Ashisha Lounge offers a great ambiance, delicious food and drinks, high-quality shisha, and outstanding service. It is certainly a place I would visit again. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”
“Avoid! Extremely poor service and food and owner with bad attitude and no customer service skills whatsoever. Gave this place a second chance after a disappointing first visit as we were there to see an event. The last time my daughter was given a traditional dish that should not have nuts, but had nuts on it and she is allergic to peanuts and wasn't asked if she had any allergies. It was mean to be served with sultanas traditionally, but it didn't have any. This place has a very dirty, worn and unloved entrance. Unclear when you arrive what to do, no one greets you or sits you down. This second visit we seated ourselves, there were others in the restaurant when we entered. No waiter came so we went seeking menus, when I found him he picked one up from the floor and gave to us! Lots of children running around, cards and dominoes all over the floor and one lady slipped on one. Ordered our meals and mint tea and a bottle of water for the table. Food came quickly, rice tasteless and lamb was totally uncooked and my daughter couldn't eat it. Only one set of cutlery so had to get up and ask for second set. The tea came 45 minutes later after we had finished eating. The small bottle of water put on the table, no glasses, so I had no drink through my meal. When I said I'd not pay for the uncooked lamb meal the owner was very rude, argued with me that it was cooked (even though waiter even agreed it wasn't) and then told me the restaurant hadn't been open when we came in, yet other families were in there and no one said this. He turned his back on us and walked off. There was only one man serving every one, there was a lack of staff. The owner told us not to pay, even though I was happy to pay for the other items. On leaving I offered again to pay for the other meal and drinks again and he told us never to come back! Wow, really shocking to be treated this way. Never not paid for a meal in my life. This man does not deserve to have this business, he cares nothing for it and it shows.
“First time visiting Layaly Zaman and it was a great experience. The food was fresh, high quality, and full of flavour. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it a very pleasant place to dine.”
“Ordered through Just Eat and received the attached. Totally burnt and inedible. Refused refund!”
“Worth the drive and back from London! The food is what you'd expect from any establishment in London. The service, care and attention is far better than any establishment that you've experienced in London. The atmosphere and space are far better and far greater than anything you could find in London (the place is huge... take big groups of friends) . And of course the bill plus fuel from London and back was still cheaper than anything that might come close...in London. I'm still in shock and frankly this may well be our regular eat after a long day of work in London.”
“Good portion, decent flavour in the food but could be better. Large space once you've gone up the stairs but decor is a mix match, should have gone with middle Eastern theme. Overall a good evening out with friends but wouldn't go with family because of the atmosphere.”
