“Had a great stay at Amour d’Auberge! The hostel is so clean, comfortable, and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere. It’s located right in the heart of the old medina, making it easy to explore everything on foot. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. I highly recommend it!”

“Nice clean hostel steps from the town square. Great service with breakfast included (an assortment of bread with tea/coffee). Good vibes but not the most social place. There is only one sink split amongst the dorms, but queues were seldom and minimal. Overall worth recommending. PS: Theres a jazz club nearby. We sadly didn't go but you could hear the tunes from the terrace!!”

“The hostel is clean and very close to Jemaa el-Fna square. The price is very reasonable. One thing to note: I hope the guests will respect the people sleeping there. A group of people from Spain were extremely rude and disrespectful. They didn't respect the hostel owners even though they spoke to them repeatedly to lower their voices, and it was very late. In general, respect the guests because you wouldn't do the same thing in your own country. Respect Morocco as a hospitable country and don't behave immorally. The hostel has an excellent location and the people working there are very good. Just be respectful.”

“Fayssal, Hiba are the brother/sister that owns the place. They are incredible! They do their best to keep the place clean. I got no complain, esp for the price of it. There's also a locker inside the room for luggage if you want to give a 50drh (5euro) deposit for the key. The siblings also makes the simple breakfast in the morning if you book the stay with bfast included. Bring cash if you did not pay the full amount on the online reservation. Some of the other hostel riad I've seen on Hostelworld definitely has fake reviews. Don't trust those.”

“A good-value hostel with attractive decor and a lovely balcony. While it’s not a luxury hostel with a pool or bar, it’s comfortable, welcoming, and ideal for casual backpackers. The social vibe is better than other similarly priced hostels I’ve stayed at in Marrakech.”
