“booked 3 nights at Hôtel El Hadna, but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. As soon as I entered the room, there was a strong, unpleasant smell like mold and the air quality was very poor. This is especially concerning for people with asthma or breathing issues. I requested to change my room to another one on the first floor that was open, but the receptionist responded coldly, saying the hotel was full. He didn’t even bother to check or offer any alternative solution, which I found unprofessional. Considering the price, the room quality was far below expectations honestly not even at a 1-star level. The smell was also noticeable outside the room and even in the elevator, likely due to poor ventilation in the building. There were no small towels provided, and the bathroom was not properly cleaned. The breakfast was very basic and did not meet expectations. The only positive point is the central location. However, I would still recommend spending a little extra to stay somewhere else nearby and enjoy your stay more comfortably. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel.”
“Location was really central right in the middle of the city and staff were very friendly. Whenever I asked something they responded really quickly. After two days I asked for a room change due to the bathroom sink being blocked which they did straight away. It was very noisy due to being on the main road, may be they need to noise proof rooms for better service. Also air conditioner wasnt really good. As a muslim traveler there was no bidet or water spray in the toilet which is a given in Muslim countries.”
“Location was really central right in the middle of the city and staff were very friendly. Whenever I asked something they responded really quickly. After two days I asked for a room change due to the bathroom sink being blocked which they did straight away. One disappointment is that as a Muslim traveller there was no bidet or water spray with the toilet, even Spain and Portugal have bidets in the toilet. Also they advertise that every room has tea and coffee station which is not true, basics such as drinking water i had to buy from outside.”
“don't go to this hotel, do not waste your precious time and money in this hotel, pay more and go somewhere else. I cancelled 24 hours before arrival for a specific circumstance which is above my control, two months no refund, scammers scammers.”
“Do not stay at this hotel. We stayed here for two nights. At the second night, we did not have hot water to take showers. The air conditioner was even noisier than the streets outside. Luckily we all are not light sleepers. The ceiling of the breakfast place was leaking and they placed a basket underneath to collect water - which is a safety hazard. There was black mould everywhere in the bathroom - another safety hazard. The good thing is that their location is convenient as it is near the airport and the city centre. Taxi from city centre costed MAD 40. Another good thing is that the price were cheap - MAD 1028 for two nights three people.”
“A hotel closer to the animal stable. The furniture is dirty and old. Cleanliness is lacking in the bathroom. The towels are old and cannot be used. As for breakfast, it is very bad. Evaluation Minus a star.”
