“This place was so amazing! The staff and manager were super friendly and accommodating during the stay, though the didn't speak English. It was easy to communicate via Google Translate. Breakfast left more to be desired but it was nice to be included for the stay. The hammam experience was so relaxing and professional. It was also an easy walk or short taxi ride from places to visit and was easy to get to for excursion pick ups.”

“We were traveling from Agadir in a car, it was late and we wanted to stop. We come by coincidence to this hotel, and we discovered a hidden enchanting place to stay in the beautiful city of Marrakech. It’s was very clean, quite and comfortable. There’s a Moroccan traditional hammam, and a cozy swimming pool at the terrace. The staff was very helpful and kind. The owners were very generous and friendly. And there’s was a delicious home made breakfast. And it’s within walking distance of the famous Jamaa El Fna in the old city. ||I definitely recommend Hotel Tafoukt.”

“This hotel is scum. The staff is nice, but the owner are exploiters. I paied two nights, but because of bad news I had to leave in the morning. I told the staff that that night, but the owners weren’t in. So I had to wait for a refund till the next morning. |In the morning no one of the owners was on duty, so we had a telephone conversation. They told me that they had to wait for authorization of Hotel Tafoukt in Agadir to give me a refund and that would take a day.|Because I had to leave, I couldn’t wait and told her that I would come back. |After I came back, she just said that she can’t refund me because she didn’t get the authorization.|To get more information about the refund I ‘ve contacted Hotel Tafoukt in Agadir, and guess what. They informed me that they are not associated with this Hotel.|Well there you have it, a masterwork of a play!!!||To be continued on social media!! Because I won’t let them get a way with it..|”
