“I have never experienced such chaotic and poorly managed service. There were more than six waiters for only around 15 tables, yet the service was unbelievably slow and disorganized. We waited 30 minutes just to receive two soft drinks. When we wanted to pay, I informed the waiter, but nothing happened for another 15 minutes. I then went to the two women at the register to pay directly, but they very unfriendly told me that I had to wait for the waiter. So I told him again that we wanted to pay. After another 20 minutes with no one coming, I went back to the register and explained that I had to leave. Only then did the waiter finally come so we could pay. During our stay we had three different waiters, none of whom seemed responsible for our table. The entire place felt completely chaotic. And we were clearly not the only ones experiencing this. What made it even worse was that tables ordering expensive food and drinks seemed to receive constant attention, sometimes even two waiters at the same time, while many other tables were simply ignored. Overall, the organization and service were truly embarrassing.”

“⭐☆☆☆☆ Mykawa Very disappointing experience. We were seated at our table and waited around 15 minutes without any staff member acknowledging us at all — no greeting, no menu, no explanation. Given the lack of service, I went to the till to ask whether we were supposed to order there or if someone would come to take our order at the table. The staff member told me that someone would come to the table shortly, so we waited again. Unfortunately, no one ever did. We continued to sit there being completely ignored, despite staff being present and aware we were waiting. After enough time had passed with no service and no follow-up, we decided to leave and eat elsewhere. It wasn’t busy enough to justify being overlooked, and even a simple acknowledgment or honest instruction would have made a difference. Poor organisation, poor communication, and ultimately non-existent customer service. A café in a city like Marrakech should do far better, especially when customers are making an effort to be patient and polite. Would not recommend based on this experience.”

“The location is lovely. Drinks were great, but the food wasn’t the best. We had a tiramisu and a chocolate muffin, and the muffin was stale and didn’t taste of chocolate at all, and the tiramisu was just not great. I cannot speak for any of the hot food though. Overall, nice place to stop after visiting Jardin Majorelle”
