“Poor experience. Many items advertised on the menu were not actually available, and staff did not inform us in advance. We only discovered substitutions or missing items when the order arrived. Clear communication about availability is needed.”
“Disappointing experience overall. A significant number of items listed on the menu were unavailable, yet this was not communicated when ordering. Instead, we only learned about the missing items when the food was served, bad quality of food. Better communication regarding menu availability would help manage customer expectations and improve the overall dining experience.”

“Disappointing Service Experience I recently visited this station, and I have to say, the service was incredibly disappointing. While waiting for assistance, we were ignored for an uncomfortably long time. The staff seemed indifferent and showed little effort to address our needs or even listen to our concerns. It felt like they were more focused on moving through the motions rather than genuinely helping customers. When we finally tried to get their attention, there was no real engagement, and the response was simply, "It's better to move forward and not stop unless necessary." This was not only unhelpful but also frustrating, as we needed clarification on certain matters. The lack of communication and unwillingness to explain things left a very bad impression. Overall, I would not recommend this station for anyone seeking good customer service. It’s a shame because efficient service could make such a difference.”
“We stopped at Oasis Café for lunch on our way to Marrakech and took the Olive and lemon chicken tagine, which was quite good. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is a play area for kids just beside the terrace, which is quite convenient.”
“The toilette was very dirty! The prices are way to high and they dont give you the things you want. For us we wanted a medium Tagine and they gave us a big one for of course way more money. Unbelievable!!”
