“POSITIVE: I dined here earlier with my family and overall it was a good experience. We ordered several dishes (lamb chops, beef skewers, as well as pizza) and all were freshly prepared and tasted good. Included in the cost of the meal is complimentary bread with side dishes of fresh tomato sauce and aubergine salad. Price quality ratio is very good in my opinion. NEGATIVE: As well as the complimentary tomato sauce and aubergine salad, they also bring out Moroccan salad (one each per person) as well as french fries and olives to your table. However, its important to know that these dishes are chargeable and listed separately on the menu and this may not be apparent to diners until they are presented with the final bill. As was the case with several tourists that dined there and discovered they consumed plates they had not ordered!! This practice in my opinion is very unprofessional. Fortunately in our case I was already aware of it and sent back the plates i did not want. The reason for the 3 stars in this review is because when it came to pay, i settled only the amount that I was asked to pay and left just a nominal tip to round up the bill - I didn’t want to leave a more generous tip after I felt they tried (and failed) to trick me into consuming paid salads that I did not want - but one of the waiters made a side comment/joke to insinuate that i should take back the change! Furthermore, even after settling the amount due and leaving the restaurant, a minute later a waiter from the restaurant chased after us insisting that we did not pay for the bottle of water because they forgot to include it on the bill! I commented/joked that I’ve already left the restaurant and that i won’t pay because its their mistake - only because i wanted to see what his reaction would be like and since he didn’t get angry or was disrespectful - I paid the 10DH extra that was being asked. In the end, we would likely re-visit this restaurant again because the food is good and the vibe is quiet chilled, despite the service quality which definitely can be improved.”
