“Sunday evening 14th October and we had booked a table in this restaurant for 21.00. It is a Moroccan themed restaurant in Riu Tikida Palace Agadir. There are two sittings, 19.00 and 21.00. On arrival we were shown to our table and given the menus. There were already some dishes on the table containing olives and butter. The dishes were cracked and chipped, one was so bad handed it back to the waiter. We ordered a soup and chicken pastilla for starters, the chicken had lots of bits of cartilage, not very nice. No surprise, but the dishes were chipped and cracked, appalling that they were still being used The main courses we ordered a chicken tagine and a lamb tagine. The lamb was bone and gristle. Both were dried up, obviously been sitting around for a long time. They should have been served with couscous, the waiter said was coming, still waiting. We decided to leave and went to the main buffet restaurant, where we bumped into four people who had also walked out of this restaurant. In short the food was awful and most of the crockery should be chucked into the bin. The staff really did not seem to care.”

“This is the Moroccan restaurant of the RIU Tikida Palace Agadir. Ate here on 14 April 2023. The place looked great and we were excited prior to starting the meal. Supposedly better than the dinner in the grand hall but actually quite the opposite. -The tajines were served without sides (no couscous, no veg, no bread). We asked for it, seeing as the other table had it but we were told there was none. -There was a woman handing out satisfaction surveys pressuring us to answer while the meal was going on. "Can you please finish it?" She was walking around like a school teacher, collecting exams. -Waiters kept bumping into my companion as they did the service. I understand this can happen but it was happening throughout the meal - it was a mix of carelessness of the staff and the spaces between the table, chair and couch not being planned well.”
“Food is good and tasty. The lamb tagine is very tasty and star of the menu. Starter and pudding are average. Staff is first class.”
“After seeing many bad reviews of this restaurant, we were very pleasantly surprised by the attentive waiters and delicious food. It may not suit everyone’s palettes given its authentic nature, but we thoroughly enjoyed the food we ate.”
“Service wasn’t good at all”
“Cool”
