While they tried to make up for it afterward, what should have been the highlight of our trip turned into a nightmare. As two women travelers, we felt very uncomfortable and disappointed. Add: I want to clarify that we were left in the desert for over an hour without assistance after I became unwell. I had to get help from another tour company. The issue is not the payment, but the lack of responsibility, and your response did not feel this was taken seriously.”
