“An amazing treat after 5 days in Southern Algeria desert. The staff were pleasant and helpful (and didn't judge us for wearing hiking gear even though the place is fancy!) and the food was delicious. Definitely recommend.”
“It’s one of my favorite restaurants in Algiers. The atmosphere is very romantic, I love the soft lighting, it creates such a warm and cozy vibe. The music is relaxing, and the place is chic and elegant, perfect for a dinner date. The prices are a bit high, but they’re justified by the quality of both the service and the food. The food is good and well presented. My only remark is about the fish, they use too many spices and a lot of garlic, which takes away from the natural flavor. Other than that, it’s a lovely place, especially suitable for couples. I definitely recommend it.
“High end interior design restaurant in prime Algiers location with attentive customer oriented Manager. Every course we enjoyed was of the highest standard - generous portions, beautifully presented and high end ingredients We particularly enjoyed the avocado and prawn starter and they seabass, but they molten chocolate was superb! Best fine dining option in Algiers. Highly recommended”
“The ambience of this place is great. It has an exclusive feel. We also had Algerian wine. The waiters are professional. Service could be a bit faster.”
“Fantastic dinner options at Le Bardo. A great place for a business dinner, date night, or with friends. Menu features both local faves (bastilla), but also great beef dishes and more European faves. Highly recommend the lamb chops, they were a hit. They also have wine and beer. Staff speak excellent English. Reservations recommended. There is a sign that said they accept Visa cards, but we didn’t test it and paid cash for our meal.”
“Very disappointed having read such good reviews. The food unimpressive and very expensive.”
