“Disappointed from the quality of the food they offer - Blanched potatoes ... for BGN 12 for a small portion, we expected at least freshly peeled, homemade potatoes. The rose by glass was strangely sour. The dessert we ordered - no taste imagination . Only the atmosphere is great, the service is great too , they just need to consider their quality of the food they serve.”

“Food was good. Price is acceptable, compared to a restaurant being in a hotel. Only thing is one of the male waiters in the dinner time doesn't have a customer service mindset. My dessert was not what I thought I would have, so I asked him what he wrote. I don't want an exchange or anything I just wanted to check. He didn't let me finish my sentence, blamed it all on me and said "no no, this is what you ordered, I wrote it down correctly". It was not a pleasant moment. I have stayed at the hotel for more than 50 nights but I never did and never will eat in the restaurant again.”
