“I never thought I would post a review but this is unacceptable. The food was exceptional and the atmosphere was perfect. But from the moment I got a cruel response from a manager just because I wanted to order a pizza and a cold bottle of water (after already having a nice plate of pasta), my experience here was ruined. I have worked before in the field of food and beverage as a server and I completely understand that all servers, in the peak of rush-hour, are doing the best they can to serve each customer with a smile. But when it comes to a manager serving their clients with a moody face and cruelty… it’s a hard bo from me. 10/10 Food, 10/10 Atmosphere, 0/10 Service.”
