“Special thanks to the amazing host The biggest advantage of this hostel is the administrator. He was very attentive, polite, and professional — he sent clear instructions on how to get there in advance, met me, and was always ready to help. There is also a nice terrace with a view over the medina, which creates a great atmosphere. As for the hostel itself, everything was clean, but the interior and furniture are quite old and could use some renovation.”
“Great place, clean, and Kareem is very helpful and nice. The dorms were quiet and clean. aside from basic sleeping associated noises. I brought earphones. The location is right in the middle of the madina, "where the action is" and you will probably get lost. Google maps is useless. Overall a great experience! (Breakfast and coffee is great too!(”
“Stayed there with my son for two nights. Karim is a brilliant, very wordly and witty host, which makes this an enjoyable stay. His hostel has been charmingly restored and he is busy improving the rooms - the location can't be any more genuine, right in the depth of the Old Medina.”
“I had a great few days staying here. It was a great value for an inexpensive place to stay in Fes. I had a private room: small but adequate, and met a lot of interesting travelers. Karim is a gem: super friendly, responsive, and very knowledgeable about the medina.”
“A clean and cozy hostel located within walking distance of everything in the Old City. The staff are friendly and professional, and the owner is a truly kind and respectful gentleman. I loved the place and highly recommend it!”
“I had a really nice time here. The host Said is a really lovely guy and has great vibes. He always made sure breakfast was served on time. I got sick in Fes he gave me medicine free of cost. The rooms are nothing remarkable but that's what you get in Morocco for the price, but you can definitely relax in the common area and chat to people there. The best part was on the day that I had to leave Fes for Rabat the trains were cancelled so the host made immediate arrangements for his friend to take me there via his own car. Couldn't be more grateful for that.”
