“I recently stayed at the Cine House Hotel in Fez, Morocco, and it turned out to be a truly delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Khadija at the front desk. She was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful,always greeting me with a big smile and making sure I had everything I needed. Initially, I booked a single-bed room for one night and found it so comfortable that I wanted to extend my stay for a couple more nights. Although my original room wasn’t available for the extra nights, Khadija smoothly arranged another room for me. The transition was seamless, even allowing me to check in earlier than the usual time. The hotel is relatively small, but they pay a lot of attention to detail. Everything was super clean, like a high-standard hotel on a smaller scale. The room had all the essentials, from toiletries to a smart TV, and it was quiet enough that I couldn’t hear any noise from outside. There’s also a cozy café/restaurante where you can enjoy a nice breakfast or simply have coffee/tea and relax. The location is super convenient, close to the old medina, and it felt very safe, even if you’re out and about in the evening.”
