“Because I was worried about knee pain, I chose a ground-floor room. The room was clean and tidy, but the air conditioning was inadequate, the refrigerator was so old that it barely cooled, and there were no hooks in the shower area of the bathroom. The window could not be opened because it faced directly onto the courtyard, where people were sitting and drinking coffee. Smoking is not permitted in the courtyard, but someone was smoking in a concealed corner. I informed the manager, but he only stated that smoking was not allowed in the courtyard and did not investigate the situation.”

“This accommodation was one of the reasons our trip to Fes was so memorable. The riad is excellent — the room was clean and spacious, the Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and the food was amazing. The location in the Medina is also very convenient. The manager, Mohammad, made our stay exceptional. He is very funny, a fantastic host, and always ready to help with anything we needed. “Had the opportunity to spend 2 nights at this remarkable riad. Greeted with one of the warmest soul by the name of Mohammad, charming smile, great mannerism, professionalism as how it should have been and awesome initiative. Breakfast was standard, bt the manner that it was being presented to us - makes it special. Rooms were clean, big, comfy, luxurious and able to fit the whole family in it - sadly there’s only the 2 of us. But I’m pretty sure, i can fit my whole village into the rooms and still have space for playtime. Location wise - its pretty central, with many available eateries and taxis to hop on board to go to your next destination. Security wise - got you fully covered as well. Overall, another spectacular choice recommended by our tour agency - Moroccan Tours. Splendid!”
