PINK CACTUS - Poolgarden & Restaurant

“Nice place to spend the day, nice pool and sun beds. Also activities like table tennis and balls. The service was nice however once arrived half the menu was not available. That was ok as the food was lovely, however we had or starter waited 30 mins still no main. The waiter then asked if we were waiting for food, we said yes referring to the main course. The starters were then brought out again which confused us but was clearly built on a miss communication. However the waiter was not happy about this at all.”

“Really great experience for the pool day. It’s even better than the photos - luxurious sunbeds and decor. I appreciated how relaxing it was, because I really dislike places that overcrowd pools / sunbeds. Food was very good and service was exceptional !!! I would love to come back and even stay at the hotel.”

“The place itself is very pretty, we had to wait 2 hours for our food, when it arrived dispite ordering a chicken ceasar salad and beef tacos , when it arrived we received a prawn salad and prawn tacos, i’m not sure if they have too many prawns and were trying to get rid of them but considering i am allergic to prawns , it wasn’t great, the waiter seemed annoyed that i had sent it back even tho he asked us 4 times if we actually wanted chicken and still got it wrong. as for our mains my granola bowl took 2 and a half hours to come even tho the hotel was so quiet when we stayed , there was no communication at all with whereabouts it was. when i was actually ordering the food the waiter wasn’t even paying attention to what i was saying so no wonder it was wrong , and after all that the food was incredibly mediocre. also for our dinner, my friend ordered a steak and was given lamb and pork. I ordered a granola bowl which took two hours to come And it tasted like perfume I ate two bites of it after all of this. We tried to dispute it with the incompetent waiters and they were not willing to budge even though we called the manager and he was just as useless please if you value your time and money do not ever visit this place, especially if you have allergies because they don’t care and they’ll just give you whatever they’ve got in the kitchen. The only good thing about it is that is pink. I’ve never written a complaint in my life but honestly, I am too stunned to speak.”

“went here on a day pass for the pool after searching online for somewhere to spend the day, and deciding on this place as it was a bit less expensive than some of the others we’d seen (beldi etc). it cost 450dh pp (on a sunday) for pool access all day and a 2 course lunch. booking was really easy, chatted to a friendly host on whatsapp. it was the perfect place to spend an afternoon, the setting is beautiful but unpretentious, and it has very comfy loungers and cabanas. there are games to play also (table tennis, pétanque etc) and the pool was really clean. we got a welcome drink on arrival which was an unexpected and nice surprise, all of the staff were really kind and helped us to call taxis etc after. i would recommend doing the deal where you get lunch and the pool access together as the food is better value for money that way (you get 1 main and 1 starter / dessert). they also have a very friendly cat who my girlfriend fell in love with, and were playing good music by the pool. we loved it. pink pony club 💅🏼💕”

“I came here today and it stinks like bin juice and prawns. The weight is are so rude my coffee just tasted like milk. My food took two hours to come and the order was so wrong. I had a truly truly awful devastating experience to the point where I had to leave early. It was awful I would recommend it if you like prawns because it seems as though everything you order prawns spawn so I guess if you like that then this is the place to go cause that’s all they’ve got to offer and although you may have to wait four hours for said prawns which looked anaemic there was a really cute dog walking around though that was the only good thing I think the staff need to be retrained in customer service and they need a new manager. The manager went home at at midday to have a nap so when it was time to complain, he wasn’t even there to dispute it and had his awful waiters Trying to help not that they were helping or even trying or even working. if you have dietary requirements throw them out the window as they’re not considered we were in conversation with some other ladies and they also had the same problem. It seemed like a common thing especially if you’re allergic to prawns cause they are everywhere. I’m pretty sure I even saw a prawn in the pool and in the toilet in fact I’m pretty sure even the dog was eating the prawns poor thing looks starved.”

“A nice place to relax, have a drink and enjoy your day. The pool is amazing and the view is beautiful. Definitely recommended to visit.”
