“Sofia, Bulgaria After shopping needed a quiet place for a light meal and came across this branch in the Mall of Sofia. I requested and was shown a quiet part with table for two setting. I enjoyed the light Chicken with Mushrooms, with an interesting blue drink followed by the crème brûlée .. this can be a nice budget place if you are not fussy, tho there are sections that might be too noisy. They had an extensive menu selection including sushi and also beverages. I appreciated the quiet ambience I was seated in, and very impressed with the service by Viktoria who was constantly cheerful, smiling and energetic - gave a positive impression of work environment 👍🏻”

“Very nice atmosphere with moderate noise and good background music. The restaurant is very large, well furnished with TV,with dim warm lighting. Our drinks took 2 minutes to arrive. Very speedy 💨. Our food arrived in 10 minutes however the waitress got our order wrong as the sushi came with Mayonnaise. We ordered our sushi with no Mayo or Philadelphia cheese, due to some of us having dairy allergies. So we had to ask them to redo it, which was no problem. The sushi was delicious, I've never tried mango sushi before and the sourness of the mango really complimented the flavour. My favourite was the prawn and crab sushi with sweet chilli sauce. 🦐🦀🌶️ 👍 The Poké bowl is more like a Poké plate as it is served on a plate rather than a bowl. So you get less rice, but I guess that means you get more toppings 🤔. Presentation of the food is absolutely stunning ✨, the sesame seeds and drizzles of teriyaki and mayo are perfectly done, and the pokébowls are so colourful. Which is really well done considering that the Happy restaurant offers not only sushi but other cuisines aswell. It's like it is a combination of different restaurants. We then orderd another Pokébowl, slow cooked beef with potato and a pumpkin creme brulé. The smashed potatoes are well seasoned with a smoky flavour, and the beef was so tender and not dry at all. The creme brulé didnt really have that crunchy caramel layer, and the actual brulé is more of a custard than an egg pudding/jelly texture. And the vanilla ice-cream has actually vanilla seeds inside. And our waitress made sure to carefully check with our orders after that first mishap.”
