“I was enormously impressed by the atmosphere — well-lit, atmospheric and with a nice selection of unobtrusive classical jazz and swing music that lends a relaxed atmosphere. The option to have a candlelit dinner is lovely! Staff and servers were attentive and friendly, and the food itself arrived quickly and with great presentation. However, one must keep in mind that prices here are on the higher side and that portion sizes for most dishes are smaller than usual.”
“We had a brunch there - stylish and elegant atmosphere, polite service and fantastic food - Benedict eggs and chicken wafer are must try! Don’t skip the desserts 😉”
“We visited the restaurant during One Restaurant week. We had a pre-selected 3-course menu. It was pretty mediocre. There were a few hairs in my main course. I returned it, but they still charged for it. They compensated with a bottle of wine. The only thing that was edible was the dessert. And the presentation and the look were OK. The prices are high, and the service is not very good. You order wine, they pour it for you, they take the bottle somewhere and don't come back for half an hour.”
“I came with 3 people for dinner around 21:00 and the restaurant wasn’t full at all - especially for Saturday night… the food in general was good but had few issues with some of the dishes. The onion soup was good but missing the soup (liquid) super heavy. The beetroot salad was so basic, no taste and nothing special. And my biggest problem was with the chicken dish - as for the portion of the side dishes and the chicken I got only good things to say! But as for the taste - unfortunately it didn’t work… a bit dry and the combination of spices and sauce just wasn’t tasty. As for the service - we didn’t got notified that kitchen is closing so unfortunately we didn’t got a chance even to try a dessert. Shame. No atmosphere at all… not sure if they even played music.”
“Absolutely brilliant restaurant in Sofia, perhaps my most favorite to date! Stylish, centrally located. provides superb feeling and private atmosphere at the same time. Silent and well-selected background jazz music. Staff is perfectly selected, very professional, motivated and giving the finishing touch which many other great restaurants in Sofia actually miss. Food is outstanding, from entries through main courses to deserts. Cons: we found a small stone (photo enclosed) in one of the salads, the chefs should be more attentive to washing and cleaning the raw products. And although I would normally give a lower rating to others for such flaws, this restaurant does not deserve the punishment 😎 Go for it!”
“The special attention they give you is great. The food is amazing and after the restaurant we went upstairs at the bar. We had a wonderful evening.”
