“I have visited this beautiful place three times in my life, from my childhood to the age of 28. The place is as amazing as it was back in the day. The security personnel are respectful, and all the people who work there are amazing and doing a good job. However, I do have a few points to make to the management of the place - they haven't taken care of the place as well in the last 10 years. Small things make a big difference, and here are the issues I observed: 1. There are cockroaches everywhere, particularly inside the living rooms and bedrooms. This is quite disgusting. 2. There is a large population of mosquitoes that bite incessantly throughout the night. It's common knowledge that mosquitoes can transmit blood Diseases from one person to another. 3. and that could be easily dealt with by applying spray treatment to the backyard and green areas around the complex, as well as addressing the cockroach problem. 4. The furniture is old and needs to be replaced with new furniture. thank you”

“مركز اصطياف بنك المغرب مكان رائع و جميل و منذ الصغر و نحن نأتي اليه للاستجمام و الراحة. و لكن مع الاسف منذ بضعة سنين تم إهمال صيانة أو بالاحرى تجديد بعض المرافق بالشقق ( صباغة زليج أفرشة الصالونات...) و حتى المسبح الخاص بالكبار مربعات الزليج الازرق عدد كبير منها مقتلع. و أشياء أخرى تعرفها إدارة بنك المغرب المهم المرجو منكم أخذ بعين الاعتبار هاته الملاحظات و إصلاح و تجديد كل ما يمكن اصلاحه لأن لدينا ذكريات جميلة و رائعة مع هذا المركز و لكم كل التحية و التقدير و خاصة للاطر المشرفة عليه ( مسؤول الاستقبال، رجال الامن ، نساء النظافة....)”
