“Great staff/service, great location, very good value for money, good breakfast and average room: We had a very good time here during our 3 night stay. The service standards here is excellent. Reda was our go-to person for everything and he explained us the layout of the Medina so well that we didn't need a guide to visit all the places. We didn't meet Fatima but she was always available over WhatsApp and helped us for our travel beyond Fez. Our room was old and cramped and it was on the top floor. It was quite a climb through those narrow stairs, but on the flipside, we had easy access to their rooftop terrace for great views! Wi-fi was patchy.”

“Fantastic all round service, Reda was always available insuring we had everything we wanted and Fatima was always on the end of of a phone to make arrangement or give local information The place wa clean and comfortable and the roof terrace had a fantastic view. Ridwan who gave us a tour of Fez was the perfect quote looking after us on everyway. Highly recommend”

The bed was really comfortable and also the breakfast. Even they offer cooking classes. Really good value for the money”

“Our room is absolutely beautiful, and they beds were the most comfortably have slept in our entire stay in Morroco. All of the sheets are very soft and the staff is incredibly friendly. Reda is The most kind host and took us out last night in the market to get very good prices on everything we bought. Fatima, Brought us some beautiful oils to purchase . The breakfast was the most delicious and I would definitely give this place a 10 out of 10. I am here with my daughter and son and I would say this is made our trip perfect!!!”

“The stay at Dar Settash was one of the highlights of our trip! Wouldn’t stay anywhere but here. Very friendly staff that welcomed us in the hotel and gave us great advice on where to go in the city. The room on the ground floor was very spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. The hotel had an incredible rooftop terrace where you can escape the busy and buzzing city centre. The cooking class Fatima and her grandmother give here is highly recommended. Overall it was a great experience”
