“My fiancée and I recently stayed here for a romantic getaway, and it exceeded our expectations in every single way. From the very beginning, the experience was flawless. We booked their airport transfer and the guy waited over an hour for us to clear immigration, he was completely unbothered and only kept apologising for the car being 'too hot'. The staff met us at the edge of the medina to guide us directly to the front door, making our arrival completely stress-free. The riad itself is an absolute oasis of peace amidst the (amazing) chaos of the medina. The decor is breathtaking, it perfectly blends intricate, authentic Moroccan craftsmanship (stunning tiles and carved wood) with high-end modern luxury. The riad has been flawlessly renovated, so every detail feels pristine and brand new. Our room was incredible, the bed was unbelievably comfortable, and the en-suite bathroom was absolutely stunning. We also indulged in the spa facilities on offer, opting for the hammam and a massage to completely disconnect and unwind. Above all, the staff is what makes Riad Joy so special. They are incredibly warm and attentive, going completely out of their way for us. It truly feels less like a hotel and more like staying in an elevated, luxurious private home. So if you want a luxurious, peaceful, and perfectly located home base in Fes with top-tier hospitality, this is it.”
