What impressed us most was how incredibly helpful the team was in organizing our experience in Fes. They arranged excellent tour guides and made dinner reservations at fantastic local spots. Even more thoughtfully, they personally walked us to our dinner locations to make sure we didn’t get lost in the medina—an extra touch that made us feel completely at ease and cared for. One of the absolute highlights was the hammam and spa experience. It was incredibly relaxing and beautifully executed, offering an authentic and rejuvenating escape. The treatments were done with great care and expertise, leaving us feeling refreshed and pampered.”

“This is a lovingly restored palace that is exquisitely furnished. There are only 7 guest rooms, so we were showered with attention by the friendly and responsive staff. The restaurant is intimate and the food delicious. A special highlight for us was the Hammam experience. Hanane and Asma did a fine job of introducing us to their signature Bedouin spa experience. We would definitely go back.”
