“This was a great first dinner in Tunis. A cute place right in the heart of La Marsa. The service was a bit hectic at times, but they made up for it with the food. The seafood pasta was tasty with a perfect amount of spice. Being a mussels place, I got the mussels and they also were tasty. The mint tea at the end came with some sweet cookies.”
“While strolling around La Marsa, we stumbled upon this restaurant. The terrace has the perfect vibe with stunning sea views. It’s honestly such a great spot. The staff were always smiling and super friendly which made the experience even better. We ordered seafood pasta and octopus and both were so fresh, the octopus was tender and absolutely addictive. And if you’re in the Arab world, don’t miss out on trying lime & mint juice and mint tea—they’re a must!
“★☆☆☆☆ **Ruined our Sunday night dinner.** We were 3 people. Bill: **~100 dinars (see receipt).** Result: **we left hungry. Actually hungry.** No starters. Just **cold bread** and a tiny plate with **1 spoon of harissa and ONE olive** for three people. Then the food came: * *Farandoles del Mare*: **3 shrimp, 3 mussels, a few spoons of calamari** — undercooked, rubbery, almost like plastic. Served with **undercooked rice** we couldn’t eat. * *Daurade Royale (grilled fish)*: plain, dry, **no sauce, no sides, no effort**, plus some **grilled vegetables we didn’t even touch**. * *Seafood spaghetti*: same story — **tiny portion, same “3 pieces” of seafood.** Everything tasted average at best — but the **portions are honestly insulting for these prices**. We didn’t go there for luxury. We went to eat. **We didn’t eat.** This is our **second time here** (same group, different dishes). Same disappointment. Nothing changed. At this point, it feels like you’re **paying to be ripped off**. **Avoid if you don’t want to leave hungry and frustrated.**”
“It is really a nice restaurant. When you enter they come and show you the place they ask where you want to sit and they suggest the best table for the best view. The owners are so kind they came to the table and took the orders themselves. The food is really delicious. I liked the 4 pieces of chicken it was really tasty. The restaurant is close to the sea and it’s highly recommended to visit. I am adding the photos for all the tasty food we ordered.”
“We had lunch at this restaurant as it was the only one with 4+ ratings in the area. It was indeed a good choice. Prices for pasta are around 9€ so I guess that's fine. The pasta was nice, very buttery, can't complain. We sat on the outdoor patio and had a nice view of the sea, while spotting many cute cats around.”
“Really nice atmosphere and nice staff, will definitely come back.”
