“At first we were surprised, that no other guests were at the restaurant therefore we were served almost immediately. Food was super delicious, we had the falafel plate and 3 entrees. Super good alternative to the local kitchen in Tunis.”

“I had a great experience in Al Séniour. My Siblings and i had lebanese antipasti which were very very authentic and delicious. We got as much freshly baked bread as we wished and the waiters were very friendly. After that we had a mixed grill platter which was really nice too. To finish everything the waiter gave us free baklava and tea.”

“Do not, I repeat, do not, go here. The food was good, but the service was absolutely terrible. I called on Monday to make a reservation for a birthday dinner on Saturday for 15 people. When I called again the day of to confirm, they had no record of our reservation. We then waited two hours just to receive hummus and the simplest starters. When the food finally arrived, several people were missing their sides. At least three guests never received their soups, even after asking multiple times. Something as basic as getting a glass of water felt like it took hours. The music was way too loud, and mind you, this was Valentine’s Day and the restaurant was almost empty, so it’s not like they were busy. We ordered four family grills to keep things simple, yet they still took forever to arrive. The restaurant was clearly understaffed, which is unacceptable on a weekend, especially knowing ahead of time that a large group was coming. To make matters worse, other tables were served before us, even though our order was first and straightforward. When the birthday cake came out, they played five different songs at the same time, completely ruining the moment. Then the bill arrived, and they tried to charge us for two extra family grills, adding around 200 DT to the total. It’s a shame because the food was genuinely good. But the service and overall ambiance completely ruined the experience. I do not recommend this place.”

“Great place, nice atmosphere, excellent service! and if you have mean a round for a while you know what that means. Food really good coming from a European who have not been to Lebanon. Just wish they had some of the mixed plates for one person. I forgot to take a photo of the bread, lovely. I will be back, for sure.”
