“Dining at Nicolas 360 was a memorable culinary experience, with every element thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. Before the starter, we were served an asparagus espuma as a complimentary amuse-bouche from the chef. Light, airy, and delicately flavored, it was an elegant introduction to the meal, showcasing both freshness and refined technique. The fish soup was exceptional. Rich and deeply flavorful, it featured perfectly cooked fish alongside fresh vongole clams and mussels, creating a wonderful harmony of seafood flavors. The broth had remarkable depth and balance, making the dish both comforting and sophisticated. The gazpacho was vibrant and refreshing, with a beautiful balance of freshness, acidity, and natural sweetness. Its clean flavors and smooth texture made it an excellent starter and a perfect contrast to the richer seafood course. To finish, the dessert was outstanding. Beautifully presented and perfectly balanced in sweetness, it provided a refined and satisfying conclusion to the meal without feeling overly heavy. Overall, Nicolas 360 delivers a sophisticated dining experience where quality ingredients, creativity, and attention to detail shine in every course. A highly recommended destination for anyone seeking an elegant and memorable gastronomic journey.”
“Good food overall, quite steap on the price tag though. Very hold and ambitious menu, yet the slightly underdeliver especially being as pricey as it it. We enjoyed the evening and the dinner, the waitress was friendly, courteous, responsive and knowledgeable. It just missed the mark on the "special experience" element they aim for. You can tell they are putting the efforts in, however they still have a decent way to go.”
“The experience at Niko’las was for sure one from Bulgaria that I will not forget. The presentation of the food is excellent and the tastes are immaculate. One cannot go wrong with this restaurant! Great work to the chef and the staff - our waiter went out of his way to accommodate different language requirements for our table and to ensure with our different cultures we felt comfortable.”
“A most pleasant dining experience, one that I am truly glad to have had. The atmosphere was charming, the service gracious, and the dishes presented with a certain imagination that made the evening feel special and thoughtfully composed. The experience as a whole was worth having once.”
“I can't rate the dishes from the main menu except one of the desserts (kiss...lips or something in this spirit), which had looked really nice and classy, but the taste was....Nothing special! The sugar wasn't enough and the different layers were almost with the same taste. However, I've tried few times the lunch menu, which wasn't bad at all. I mean for a lunch menu it's edible. But once I ordered Japanese princess with wagyu and it was a disaster. It had a strange taste...Probably from the aged wagyu, but I definitelyg didn't like it. The bigger problem was that it was priced at 21 leva, but after I paid the bill and went off the restaurant I noticed that they billed me with 26 leva. After the bad taste in my mouth I left with bad taste in my mind too. I was too far away to go back and discuss it, actually! 😅 Well, probably it was a mistake, but I would recommend more attention to the details next time for the future clients. Cheers!”
“The food and atmosphere were fantastic. I highly recommend the duck main dish and tartare; they were simply outstanding. Everything else on the menu was equally delicious.”
