“A great place for breakfast and brunch. We came two days in a row when we were in Sofia. It's a small space, but well-designed, with an open kitchen area. The ventilation here is very powerful; they were frying bacon just a couple of meters away from me—I could see it, but couldn't smell a thing. It stays pleasant and cool inside. Keep in mind that it is self-service: you need to order at the counter and pick up your food yourself at the collection area. They cook incredibly fast; we were served 3 dishes and drinks in about 5 minutes, so their workflow is really well-organized. The food is delicious—avocado toast, granola, eggs Benedict—we loved everything. PS bathroom is extremely small”

“Rainbow Factory is a small café that truly left a strong impression on us. It’s worth mentioning that such speed of service is extremely rare — it even exceeded our expectations (and comparisons to Japan are justified here). At 07:58, we were standing outside waiting for opening, and a staff member kindly invited us in before the official opening time. By the time we had placed and paid for our order, it was 08:02. Our breakfast was ready almost immediately. Right after us, more guests started coming in — first a couple, then more people — and the café quickly became busy. Despite this, the staff managed to give attention to everyone, provide menus, and serve each customer efficiently. Later, we ordered takeaway items twice more — everything was prepared very quickly and carefully packaged. By 08:15, we had already finished breakfast and left the café with additional takeaway items. Honestly, when planning our visit, we expected to leave at least 10 minutes later, and certainly didn’t expect to have time for extra takeaway orders. This was truly outstanding service and an entirely positive experience. We were genuinely impressed. Thank you!
