“One of the best chic restaurants in Algeria. A bit expensive, but fully justified by the quality of the food and service. It’s perfect for couples, business dinners, or groups. I’ve been going there for a long time, and the food has recently improved, a great change. The atmosphere is romantic and elegant, with soft lighting and beautiful decor that reflects Algerian identity. Everything is clean, including the toilets. The owner or manager is kind and professional. Starters are fresh and delicious, I highly recommend the stracciatella with eggplant and the fish carpaccio. For dessert, the millefeuille or crème brûlée are both excellent. And the coffee? Easily one of the best in Algeria, real Illy, made just like in Italy. A solid 10/10.”
